PAYMENT
Payment for the price of an order (including any applicable sales tax and shipping charge) must be received before an order is processed. We accept Visa and MasterCard, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account before your goods are shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using FedEx Home Delivery (FedEx Ground for business addresses) as our standard method. Orders are despatched from our CT location within 2-3 business days of receipt (usually on the day of receipt), and shipping takes from 1-5 business days depending on where you live.
We also offer expedited shipping for an additional charge, and this can be selected during check-out.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
Items which are sold out will have an e-mail link which you can click to request notification when the item is available. Most items are re-stocked within 2-4 weeks, however occasionally they may be unavailable for longer periods due to limited collections or style changes.
SALES TAX
We are required to charge Sales Tax at 6% on all orders being SHIPPED TO a Connecticut address except for certain exempt items (footwear and clothing less than $50 per item). There is also a sales tax exemption on sales less than $300 from the 3rd Sunday in August to the following Saturday. You are asked to enter the shipping zip code during check out, and this will ensure that the correct tax is applied.
