François Roberge is a seasoned entrepreneur and the driving force behind the incredible growth of la Vie en Rose, Canada’s leading lingerie, swimwear and loungewear brand.
Born in Quebec City, François began his retail journey in 1981, steadily working his way up through various roles. In 1996, he acquired la Vie en Rose when it was a struggling lingerie chain with just 23 stores. Under his leadership, the company transformed into a global powerhouse with over 400 boutiques, including nearly 100 international locations in 18 countries.
François’ business acumen and passion for retail innovation extend beyond fashion. In 2015, he acquired Bikini Village, further diversifying his retail portfolio. Beyond his retail ventures, François is a passionate supporter of Quebec’s fashion industry, serving as Chairman of Mmode, Quebec’s Metropolitan Fashion Cluster, which fosters collaboration and growth within the local fashion ecosystem.
François will share his remarkable journey of transforming a struggling brand into an international success story. He will also provide insights into la Vie en Rose’s bold U.S. expansion strategy and offer valuable lessons on thriving in competitive global markets.

Christopher Novak is a veteran retail executive with over 25 years of industry experience. He began his career in beauty 15 years ago at Holt Renfrew in Vancouver, where his exceptional skills, perseverance, and business savvy earned him the role of Vice President of Beauty.
As President and Chief Creative Officer at Rennaï, Christopher develops and implements strategies that deliver both customer experiences and drive revenue growth. His extensive knowledge of the beauty industry and expertise in product, merchandising, and marketing elevate Rennaï’s offerings and position the brand as the future of beauty retail.
Christopher is a creative and strategic leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving results, and building lasting relationships with brands. His commitment to excellence and customer-first approach have earned him industry respect.

Ana Borrallo is a celebrated interior designer known for her signature style that seamlessly blends natural materials, contemporary architecture, and rich cultural influences. Originally from Spain, Ana trained in interior design before relocating to Canada two decades ago, where her visions have transformed spaces in cities all around the world, from Montreal to New York, Miami and Madrid. Ana’s projects, ranging from residential to commercial and hospitality, are marked by a commitment to authenticity and artistry, creating spaces that feel both holistic and unique.
Her work on Montréal’s iconic Hotel St. Paul established her reputation as one of the city’s most sought-after designers. Emotionally and visually strong, her projects have been hailed as a ‘’tribute to pared-down elegance” (The Globe and Mail). Today, her expertise shines in Rennaï’s 36,000-square foot flagship beauty boutique at Royalmount, where she combines contemporary aesthetics with personalised luxury, creating immersive environments that redefine the retail experience.






With accreditations in Architecture, Business Management (MBA) and Industrial Design and leveraging her extensive experience in retail and commercial design, Marie-Pierre Bossé leads the new store concept development and store rollouts across North America for Groupe Dynamite brands, Dynamite and Garage.
She also has been tasked and oversees Store Design & Special Projects given her experience in strategy, marketing, branding and customer service.
Among her accomplishments, Marie-Pierre spearheaded the redesign for the newest store concepts for both banners and created flagship experiences in multiple international markets such as Dubai, New York, Vancouver and Montréal.
Led by Marie-Pierre Bossé and Andrew Lutfy we will be treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Dynamite’s flagship and new concept store at the Royalmount, a space that defines modern retail excellence.

Allan Tse stands at the forefront of Canada’s premier fashion and lifestyle destination, with a career spanning over 25 years in design consultancy and retail design leadership within the luxury sector.
Since joining Holt Renfrew in 2012, Allan has played a pivotal role in reshaping the brand’s physical presence. His impact is evident in the redevelopment of the highly successful Holt Renfrew Yorkdale location and the comprehensive design and renovation initiatives across the national fleet of stores.
Notably, he spearheaded the unprecedented renewal of the historic 250,000 sq. ft. Holt Renfrew Ogilvy location in Montreal, redefining the in-store experience for a new era.
Allan leads this curated tour and shares insights into the expansive renovation and restoration of this historic 1912 structure once occupied by Ogilvy. Joining Allan are key figures behind the transformation, including Andrew Moore, Director of Construction, Tracy Look Hong, Director of Design, and Natalie Lord, DVP and General Manager.




Andrew Lutfy is a pioneering entrepreneur and creative visionary, known for reshaping the retail landscape across North America.
With over two decades of experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, Andrew has built some of the most captivating consumer experiences that resonate deeply with today’s audiences.
Starting his journey in the stockroom at just 18, Andrew’s passion, curiosity, and leadership propelled him to become the sole owner of Groupe Dynamite, expanding it from 3 stores to over 400 across the US and Canada. His commitment to innovation extends far beyond fashion retail. As the mastermind behind the groundbreaking DIX30 lifestyle centre and the luxury Four Seasons ecosystem in Montréal, Andrew continues to set new standards for immersive retail and lifestyle experiences.
Most recently, his development company, Carbonleo, unveiled Royalmount, a world-class, eco-centric urban hub blending high-end dining, shopping, and entertainment. This iconic project is not only a source of pride for Montréal but also an inspiration for the international retail community.
Andrew will share insights on shaping the future of retail and urban spaces. Drawing from Royalmount’s strategic pillars – urban green living, inclusive luxury and supercharged connectivity – Andrew will explain how this innovative development is designed to offer a 100% carbon-neutral, pedestrian-friendly environment while creating deeper customer relationships and immersive retail experiences.
